کلید هوایی اشنایدر

کلید هوایی اشنایدر یکی از انواع کلیدهای اتوماتیک فشار ضعیف است که در آمپرهای بالا استفاده می شود. این کلید از ۶۳۰ تا ۶۳۰۰ آمپر طراحی و ساخته می شود و از مدار در برابر اضافه بار، اتصال کوتاه آنی و تاخیری و اتصال به زمین محافظت می کند. این نوع کلید در دو سری NT و NW تولید می شود. موارد کاربرد این کلید در ورودی تابلوها است که معمولاً جریان بالایی دارند و برقراری حالت سلکتیو بین کلیدهای ورودی و کلیدهای خروجی را فراهم می کند.

کلید هوایی به دو سری NT و NW تقسیم می شود. این تقسیم بندی بر اساس عملکرد و رنج جریان کلیدها انجام می شود و هر سری کاربرد متفاوتی دارد. هر دو سری NT و NW کلید هوایی اشنایدر در دو نوع سه پل و چهار پل تولید می شود و دارای واحد حفاظت میکرولوجیک است.

کلیدهای هوایی موتور دار مدل NT

  • این نوع از کلیدها رنج ولتاژ 600 الی 1600 آمپر را هدایت و مدیریت می کنند.
  • انواع کلیدهای هوایی مدل NT در انواع ثابت و کشویی تولید و عرضه می شود.
  • این کلیدها در انواع 3 پل و 4 پل تولید می شوند.
  • دارای قدرت قطع 42 و 50 کیلو آمپر می باشند.
  • کلید هوایی اشنایدر مدل NT ، دارای خاصیت میکرولوژیک می باشد.
  • از صفحه نمایشگر برای نمایش دادن پارامترهای الکتریکی در این دستگاه استفاده شده است.
  • امکان وجود شارژ فنر به دو صورت دستی و موتور الکتریکی

کلید های هوایی اشنایدر مدل NW

  • دارای رنج جریانی 800 الی 6300 آمپر
  • دارای انواع کشویی و ثابت می باشند.
  • کلید هوایی اشنایدار مدل NW ، به دو صورت 3 پل در رنج جریان 800 الی 6300 آمپر و یا 4 پل در رنج جریان 800 الی 4000 آمپر عرضه و تولید می شوند.
  • دارای قدرت قطع کنندگی 42، 65 و 100 آمپر
  • دارای امکان شارژ فنر به دو صورت دستی و موتور الکتریکی

کلید هوایی اشنایدر یکی از مدل های جدید کلیدهای اتوماتیک است که دارای فشار ضعیفی نیز می باشد. از این نوع کلید در آمپرهای بالا در بازه 630  الی 6300 استفاده می شود. وظیفه این قطعه آن است که از مدار مربوطه در برابر مواردی همچون: اضافه بار، اتصال کوتاه لحظه ای و تاخیری و همچنین اتصال به زمین نیز محافظت نماید.
